How to convert word to powerpoint

In this tutorial, I will guide to you how to convert word to powerpoint? Have you ever thought that? Why do we have to copy manually? 
In my opinion, working with Powerpoint requires more manipulation and editing than Word. When designing and making PowerPoint slide show, I think that most people including me, still enter data into the Slide manually, or copy each content in the Word file then paste into Powerpoint slides. However, this will take a lot of time to edit and re-align before perfecting a slideshow.
In order to shorten that process, in this tutorial I will share with you how to convert the entire content of Word files to Slide PowerPoint in an extremely fast and simple way.
Although it is not 100% perfect, but it will help you reduce the work of your slides. You won’t need to format much of the slide compared to copying it manually as before. For the details instruction, please follow the tutorial.

How to convert word to powerpoint?

Step 1: First, open the file that needs to copy the contents of. After that click File on the Menu bar, then choose Options.

Step 2: At the Word Options box, click on tab Customize Ribbon. Then add a New Group (Custom) on the Home tab as shown below.

Step 3: Then, in the Choose Commands from section, choose All Commands.
Next, click Send to Microsoft PowerPoint. Click the Add button to add the newly created group, before clicking OK to set up.

Step 4: At the Word interface, you will see tab Home displaying the newly created New Group section.
To copy the contents from a Word document to PowerPoint, you just need to click on Send to Microsoft PowerPoint in the New Group section.

Step 5: After the converting progress is completed, at this point PowerPoint application will automatically open.
Here, you can see how the layout and fonts have been automatically changed to suit with the slides. At the same time, the content is also aligned with each large folder, sub folders, separating the slides in PowerPoint nicely.

Although with this method you can quickly convert content from Word to PowerPoint, however you should also remember to edit and rearrange the content to suit each title, add components such as images, insert sounds, videos…. and redesigned the slide show speed between the Slides to make the presentation perfectly.
