II. Install additional language on Powerpoint
As you can see, I only have one language which is English to choose. If I want to add Japanese then what should I do? Well, that means I must install additional languages.
Step 1: To do this, click on Install additional display language from Office.com
Step 2: A new window pops-up. It tells you to select a new language to install. Then, you click on Install to start downloading.
Step 3: You will be redirected to your browser’s window. Now, click Download to get the new language of Office.
Step 4: When you have finished downloading, open the OfficeSetup.exe file and click Run. After that, wait a few minutes to complete the setup process. It will take some times, but don’t rush.
Step 5: After the installation, restart PowerPoint, go to File => Options. Then, in the Office display language section, a new language appeared. You can click on Set as Preferred if you want it to be Microsoft’s primary display language.
