Remove multiple error spaces between texts in word?

Have you received word document which has multiple error spaces between words from your friends, customer? How to remove multiple error spaces between texts in word?

There are many ways you can do but I will guide the fastest method by using find and replace function.
1. Open your defect document.
2. Press Ctrl + H to open find and replace dialog.
3. At replace group, click more and check at Use wildcards option.

In Find what field, type ( ) {2,} and \1 in Replace with field.

After setup to the finish, click replace all to edit you document.

Click OK at Microsoft word dialog to finish the changed.
