In this post, I will guide to you how to create a photo album in PowerPoint . You do not need to use any specialized software, but you can still create professional, perfect, beautiful photo albums that are extremely simple directly with Powerpoint.

How to create a photo album in PowerPoint
1st: Go to tab Insert, select Photo Album and select New Photo Album.
2nd: Photo Album window appears, select File / Disk.
3rd: The Insert New Pictures dialog box appears, start selecting the pictures to make an album then select Insert.
4th: To change the position where the pictures in the Album appear, tick the box in front of the picture’s name in the Pictures in album section then change the position by pressing the up/down arrow.
You can also remove pictures from the album by clicking the Remove button.
Similarly, you can make adjustment on each photo, like rotate or flip, also change the brightness, contrast, etc…
Note: You should check all the pictures you have included in the Album and then in the Picture layout section, select Fit to slide so that the picture have the corresponding size to the slide.
5th: After complete with the settings, click Create. This is the result.
6th: To make the album more vivid, you need to add some effects to the pictures in the Album.
Select the slide or the picture then go to Transitions and choose the effects that you feel appropriate.
To create animation effects, select the picture directly in the selected slide, by clicking on it, then select the Animations tab and finally select the appropriate effect.
