In this tutorial, I will guide to you how to print multiple PowerPoint slides on one page. It is easy, simple and you can do it with all version of powerpoint.
I once encountered a rather annoying experience that when I wanted to print out a PowerPoint file, as usual, it would be to print each slide on one page. But if your PowerPoint file has hundreds of pages like me, or you want to print many PowerPoint files at once, printing each slide on one page of the paper will be extremely paper-consuming, and the slide will be too big that it wouldn’t look really nice at all.
To overcome this problem, you can completely print multiple slides on the same paper. And for how to do it, please continue to follow the article.
I. For PowerPoint 2007
1: In PowerPoint interface, click at the Office icon, then select Print section => Print.
2: The Print window appears. In Print what choose Handouts. Then select the number in Slides per page. Then click OK.
II. Print multiple PowerPoint slides on one page _ On PowerPoint 2010 and later versions.
1: Open PowerPoint then go to File.
2: Go to Print and click at Full Page Slides.
3: A menu will appear containing options. Here in the Handouts section, you will choose the number of slides you want to print on a page.
4: You can preview the printing result in Preview section on the right. If everything is fine, click Print to print.
CONCLUSION
That’s it, very simple, right? Since learning about this tip, I have been able to save more money than when printing each slide one page, both aesthetic and wasteful, right? Hopefully through these small articles you will learn more knowledge and new experiences from PowerPoint and don’t forget to visit our website again to continue supporting us.
Thank you and see you again.
